This company is a recognised world leader for equipment, consumables and consulting related to the refining, melting, processing and casting of molten aluminium.

Key Responsibilities:

to carry out customer service and project support for EMP and SNIF engineered cast house equipment in the aluminum sector

provide technical assistance to customers

develop customer relationships

develop troubleshooting and fault finding procedures in Chinese

customer liaison following new project sale

produce customer support proposals for service

in the long-run, manage and develop members of the China equipment field service team (Nanning)

Key Requirements:

five years’ relevant working experience

electrically qualified (previous mechanical installation experience)

project management skills

experience with PLC by siemens and allen bradley

AutoCAD experience

computer literate

no prior travel restrictions or known reasons for potential refusal of application for passport or travel visas

English and Chinese (Mandarin) speaking and writing
