An international company based in Suzhou is looking for a Surface Treatment Process Engineer. You’ll responsible for a new production Line.

About the Organisation:
This is an international industrial company focused on the development, production and sales of semi-finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
? responsible for (co-)development, release and quality assurance of special processes which are being used for the production of high tech mechatronical systems
? design and develop surface treatment process to meet customer requirement
? technical support for outsoucing and purchasing
? processes improvement on wet painting, powder coating, pre-treatment, surface plating, gluing, hardening, vacuum and cleaning
? key words job environment: international customers (AP, USA, Europe); process development and release procedures; processes: wet painting, powder coating, pre-treatment, surface plating, gluing, hardening, vacuum and cleaning; team worker

Key Requirements:
? university degree in mechanical of process engineering
? experience with one or more special process
? hands-on experience with painting and surface treatment processes
? hands-on experience with respect to international standards & regulations
? good up & downward communication skills
? good skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
? communication skills with western suppliers, partners, customers
? affinity with manufacturing technology (machining, sheet metal, assembly, testing & qualification)
