任职要求：
1、两年以上从事宾馆或物业管理工程部维修员的经历，高中或技校学历，具有工程各项专业综合技能基础知识；

2、熟悉低压配电系统及动力设备控制电路，熟悉空调制冷原理和风机盘管维护保养知识， 熟悉各种管道安装及暖通方面的基本知识；

3、熟悉安全预防知识，熟悉各种设备的安全操作规程;

4、持电工操作证。
