One acclaimed foreign company is looking for an experienced warehouse manager to develop its business in China with an attractive salary packages and long term career development in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

organize warehouse team to achieve the goal of company
plan and continuously improve the material flow in whole plant
optimize the layout of components / finish goods warehouse, design the suitable storage area with planning / buyer support
enhance the staff competency and job skills through coaching and necessary training
improve the working processes related warehouse / transportation to improve the quality, eliminate the waste, and improve the working efficiency
draft realistic working plan based on annual budget, daily control the department expense and looking for cost saving opportunities

Key Requirements:

eight years or above working experience in warehouse department of an industrial plant, five years or above managing experience at similar position
working experience in cloth / textile industry is necessary
be familiar with warehouse management in an assembling plant, fully hands on experience at similar position
willing to change, open minded
can work under pressure, has proven experience to lead a team achieve the challenge goal
fluent oral and written in English
bar coding system implementation experience will be preferred
