职位：质量经理Quality Manager(新建德资)

汇报：工厂经理（德国人）

Job Description:

1.工作职能范围涵盖公司的每一个区域，包括进货质量、过程质量和最终产品质量；Scope of job function: All areas of the company include Incoming quality, process quality, and product quality.
2.负责质量过程性能监控,确保责任范围过程的完成,并保持其高性能稳定；
Responsible for quality process performance monitoring, make sure the responsible areas are fulfilling the process and maintain its high and stable performance
3.根据质量体系要求，培训所有的员工，确保质量方针是从上而下是众所周知的；Responsible for training all the employees according to the quality system requirements, make sure the quality policy is well known from top and down.
4.负责过程审核，包括供应商审核，内部审核和客户审核；
Responsible to process audit include supplier, internal and customer audit to company.
5.负责部门内部团队建设、组织、管理、协调及考核；
Responsible for internal team construction, organization, management and coordination and assessment。
6. 建立、维护、执行和改进质量体系；Set up, maintain, execute, and continuously improve the quality management system
7.确保质量体系在全公司的有效贯彻实施。通过内部审核发现改进点。向管理层回报重大的不符合项，并采取立即措施进行纠正；Ensure the quality system is effectively implemented through whole organization. Conduct internal audit to identify the points of improvement, report to management team the major nonconformities, and take immediate actions to correct.
8. 确保进货检验、过程控制以及最终产品检验的文件齐全，并能有效地运用到员工的工作中；Ensure documentation for incoming inspection, process control, and final inspection are in place, and could be used by quality employees effectively and efficiently.
9. 做好产品的进货检验、过程检验和最终检验，确保不合格产品绝不流向客户；Ensure incoming inspection, process control, and final product inspection are properly done, and only quality parts/products can come to next step.
10.确保所有的计量器具能按时校准，测量系统能有效地运用到相应的测量中。 Ensure all inspection instruments are calibrated timely, and measurement system is capable of carrying any inspection properly;
11. 收集和分析质量数据，并向管理团队回报公司的质量趋势；Collect and analyze the quality data, report to management team the quality trend of the company.
12.为确保员工能在高标准下工作，识别员工的培训需求并在必要时部门内对员工进行培训； Identify the training needs for department employees, and execute training activities as necessary， to ensure employees can work at a high standard.
13.为员工营造一个整洁、安全及易于工作的环境（安全及5S）；Ensure a clean, easy, and safe environment for employees (Safety and 5S).
14. 其他由您的上司布置的工作。Other tasks as assigned by your manager.

Qualification and Specification要求:
1.机械或机电一体化专业本科毕业； Bachelor degree, major in mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering,
2. 良好的英语读说听写能力，流利地使用英语作为工作语言；Good command of English, can use English as working language, can listen, read, speak and write in English fluently.
3. 10年以上机械工厂的工作经验，至少四年从事机械加工工艺工程师的经历及两年以上跨国企业的质量经理的经历； 10 years experience in Machinery Company, work as machining process engineer 4 years minimum and quality manager 2 years minimum in MNC.
4.充分的质量管理理论知识和现场质量管理经验；
Full of quality management theory of knowledge and site experience in quality management;
5.能很好地理解精益生产的理念，有6 Sigma 知识的优先；Understand well the lean concept, and has knowledge of 6 sigma is a plus.
6. 熟练使用办公软件；Operate well the MS Office functions.
7. 具备团队合作精神，能独立解决问题。A good team player, a good problem solver.
