职位描述
Key responsiblities:
-Be responsible for overall HR Managerment,e.g.recruitment,employment relation,traing and performance management ,to support the aggressive business development effectively.
-Manage employee compensation and benefit program,ensuring its compliance with corporate guideline,aligned with the market and with the law ,and pay for Performance principle.
-Implement Corporate Performance management program and ensur its consistent implementation.
-Ensure effective implementation of Company Ethics policies and code of conduct in assigned site.
-Develops and implements intermal communication policies which ensure the timely and sufficient distribution information to all employees.
-Develop and align/Integrate overall HR processes,policies and programs for an efficient HR management in coordination with corporate and/or regional guidelines.
Education/Skills requirements:
-Bachelor degree,with 8 years above HR management experience in multinational company.
-Experienced in general Human Resources management with specific expertise in recruitment and employee relations.
-Excellent verbal and writtern English communication skills required.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Profound knowledge in employment ordinance and employment related legislation.
-Good business acumen,resourceful and problem solving skills.
