Responsibilities

- Responsible for utilities management, including the HVAC system, air-conditioning system, water supply and drainage system, distribution system and illuminating system maintenance and transformation; implement the utilities TPM, PM technical support task.

- Maintain and manage portable electric power tool.

- Fire-fighting system, access control system, perimeter control system, CCTV cameras system routing inspection and maintenance.

- Responsible for waste disposal.

- Contractor management, make sure the contractor follow our EHS requirements.

- Develop utilities and building maintenance plan and implement management.

- Establish and improve operating instruction of utilities.

- Special equipment checking daily and maintenance, annual test.

- Inspect and treat the problems in time.

- Support other tasks assigned by direct manager.

- Understand company policy, compliance with company requirement.

- Understand and abide by rule during work.

- Understand the hazard resource and control method during work.

- Understand customer quality/EHS policy, compliance with customer requirement.

Basic Requirements

- College or above

- More than 1 year SHEF working experience.

- Familiar with automatic fire operation skill.

- More than 3 years machine-maintenance experience and good hydropower equipment and maintenance skill priority.

- Familiar with 10KV power distribution system.

- Familiar with utilities operating principle.

- Familiar with fire-fighting system and maintenance requirement.

- Familiar with building construction.
