Job Description
-To assist the Director of Planning & Operation in reviewing and implementation of group policies across its subsidiaries in China
-To collate and review SOPPs (Standard Operating Policy and Procedures) from all operating and functioning departments for the compilation of a SOPP Manual
-To work with the operating and functioning departments in the compilation and dissemination of group policies, practice and information
-Maintain and update the SOPP Manual on a timely basis
-Track and follow up on compliance matters and report on final result
Candidate for the position should preferably have:
-Degree holder in an accounting discipline
-2 – 3 years in an audit environment
-Good knowledge of corporate policies and procedures
-Must be proficient in both Chinese and English
-Previous working experience in property development will be an advantage
