Position/Title: Service Engineer
Report to: Technical Service Manager
Education: Junior college in automation, or mechanical & electrical engineering, or instruments, or some other related major
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
Responsibilities:
? Provide technical support of lab equipment before sales.
? Select the right models and accessories of lab equipment to be ordered by customer, and make solutions for customers according to demands.
? Check the on- site preparation for lab equipment installation.
? Install ordered lab equipment and do the application training for end users.
? Connect equipment manufacturers so as to obtain technical support and spare parts.
? Do trouble shooting and repair for lab equipment.
? Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Additional requirements:
? Junior college with the major of automation, or mechanical & electrical engineering, or instruments, or some other related technology.
? Be familiar with element of electric and electronic control. Candidate shall be able to do the trouble shooting for a normal electric circuit.
? More than 2 years experience of lab and know general lab equipment and be able to repair the general equipment.
? Skills or technology of refrigeration will be preferred.
? Able to use office software such as Word and Excel smoothly.
? Able to read and write English mail from and to manufacturers for the technical issues.
? Strong ability of self-study and research.
? Responsible, trustful, and be with the intention of service to customer.
Salary and Benefits:

Travel:
Anticipate heavy travel domestically to various customers located majorly in south China.
