Job Responsibilities

• Financial Management - Prepare the operation cost report/monthly report/management report/financial statements. Handle the accounting bookkeeping system.
• Disbursements and reimbursement – Follow up AR & AP. Prepare the cash flow forecast and apply for the remittance from HK for petty cash funding. Verify the disbursement. Monitor the cost and provide advice to management.
• Budget – Coordinate and support for the preparation and review of budget. Prepare the annual budget planning for Operating Expenses and Personnel cost.
• Payroll administration - Handle monthly payroll computation, funding and pay slip distribution. Deal with FESCO for update social insurance and housing fund contribution.
• Policies and Regulations – Ensure to follow the accounting procedures and policies in the Company and comply with the accounting and audit related laws.
• Statutory requirements - Prepare the tax returns and tax declaration. Arrange the tax payment and other arrangement required by Taxation Bureau.
• Audit - Handle local external audit and maintain and update fixed assets.
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• College degree or above in Accounting and Finance or related discipline
• At least 3 years experience in relevant position
• Hands-on experience in business tax & income tax
• Familiar with local accounting standards and taxation policies
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office
