1. GOAL
? Manage the local inspector team and secure the inspection activity.
? Provide necessary training and evaluation for inspectors.
? Ensure the local manpower and human resource.
? Maintain and improve the quality system
? Support China Inspection Manager’s work
? Ensure CTC integrity policy and perform random inspections with CTC inspectors


2. MAIN ACTIVITIES
? To ensure the inspection procedure according to client’s SOP and CTC inspection guide.
? To standardize the inspection criteria for each inspector.
? To provide support, assistance, training or technical advice to the local inspector team.
? To assess the inspectors’ performance and conduct the yearly evaluation.
? To participate technical meeting with clients and prepare the meeting report.
? To organize investigation for client complain or claim under China Inspection Manager supervision
? To control the local inspection expenses.
? To conduct the interview with the inspector candidates to prepare the recruitment.
? To train the new inspectors including the documentation training and onsite training.
? To assist China Inspection Manager on organization, management and development of the inspection department, to suggest improvements in daily operation, and to maintain the efficiency of implementation.
? To keep close communication with China Inspection Manager for the general inspection activities.


3. QUALITY DUTIES
? To assist China Inspection Manager to achieve the quality goal.
? To maintain and follow closely the quality system and operation.
? To suggest improvement or revision on quality documents or procedures.
? To perform the integrity checking on all the inspectors.
? To report to China Inspection Manager for any risks that may cause problem during the inspection.

4. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
- Fluent writing and oral English
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and at least 5 years onsite inspection experience
