Job Summary:
Drives and supports the retail Key AC development; supports sales force to achieve or exceed the sales target through the solid Key AC development strategies, specified action plan, and, monitoring the execution level upon promotion activities, and, ensure the high ROI level.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Based on market, city & customer segmentation to identify regional top 10-20 retail key ACs, and, ensure the investment will be focused on the selectively productive Key ACs in each region.
· Build the retail & Key AC business data base
· Allocate resources on BTL
· Set Key AC KPIs & scorecard
· Build & update Key AC profile on quarterly basis
2. Establish & enhance on Key AC development strategies, plan & presentation format, trading terms optimization, negotiation strategies, coverage with must-stock-list, merchandising improvement, etc.
3. Actively develop conduct customized business plan, conduct quarterly business review with top-10 Key ACs, in order to maintain a good working relationship with customers from making decision to operation management level, and, enable Roche products can be consecutively listed on the preference list。
4. Sets up Key AC business tracking systems, including monthly sales, distribution coverage, expense status & ROI, productivity by key store, competition situation, pricing stability, Key AC P&L; generate revised initiatives & customized programs to continue the success in customer satisfactions.
5. Provides realistic rolling demand forecasts in collaboration with sales head, business operation team & marketing on a monthly basis to reflect the update in-market situation
6. Through working closely with sales teams, identifies the room for improvements in terms of various knowledge and skills gaps and addresses the same by proactive evaluation feedback mechanisms and provision support of development and training programmes.
7. Actively maintains resources investment tracking system (down to customer level).
8. Works proactively with marketing team & National Trade MKTGmanager on campaign developments, and, leverage with professional activities in HCP channel, to ensure brand image enhancement with high-quality execution by field-force in Key AC stores.
9. Possesses sound marketing concepts and provides inputs on overall strategic and organization issues; share best practice of Key AC handling cross the organization.
10. Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager
11. Conducts business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior iCompetition
Education & Qualifications:
1. At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Degree
2. Good command of English in both spoken and written
3. Good command of MS office software application
Experience:
At least 8-year Sales & trade marketing experience in OTC, personal care industry with at least 5 years in managerial role.
