岗位后期工作内容请参照如下职位描述:
具体工作描述如下:
BPR(Incorporate all process into ISO9001 existing system and some process re-alignment.)
1. Assist with top management to set up KPI for every dept.
2. Assist in update every dept. process flow chart/procedure/forms, to align all processes by checking again and again.
3. Coordination and pushing every dept. to go ahead.
4. Quality Manual/QEHS organization chart update.
5. Quality Manual/QEHS organization chart update.
6. Follow up after release: Monitor and assist all new processes are trained for related personnel, including the new coming employee. Check the follow up status for every dept. and pushing.

ISO9001:2008 & EHS system normal maintenance
1. KPI monthly tracking for improvement.
2. Organize internal audit (1 time/year).
3. Assist in organizing management review (1 time/year).
4. Provide related reports (monthly QEHS & EHS, internal audit report, and management review report, related improvement summary and tracking reports) to global QEHS head/team and APAC head.
5. Conduct OTSZ QEHS system external audit by coordination with global QEHS audit team.
6. Document control (DCC) job (such as procedure, work instruction and related forms) revision control.
7. Introduce QEHS culture/policies to our OTCN employees, very challenging but so important.

EHS system maintenance and improvement
1. Organize periodical environment factors review and update in 2014 first half year.
2. Organize periodical workplace hazards identification review and update in 2014 first half year.
3. Organize periodical laws and regulations review and update in Suzhou work instructions (Mainly for Suzhou).
4. 2014 EHS KPI setting, waiting for APAC requirement.
5. Training plan making according to APAC requirement. And then implement training (including new coming EHS training) with HR cooperation.
6. EHS committee culture establishment. Conduct monthly/quarterly EHS meeting and make the committee deploy related EHS training or other activities in their own dept.
7. For service safety, some activity shall implement with Service team, high priority:
8. For quality inspectors, who work in supplier site, some improvement items are similar to Service team.
9. For project/suppy team, lead and push the related committee members to conduct some activities.
10. Deploy EHS system by covering all OTCN 3 locations.
11. Compliance with China laws and regulations if non-conformance found.

Suzhou industrial Park Area (SIP) government communication about Safety & Environment & Occupation Health
1. SIP safety supervision administration bureau request: Fill in system "Information system for screening, identification and control of work safety accident hazard" by month, firstly make safety inspection for Suzhou plant and tracking for improvement, then report in this system.(苏州工业园区安监局SIP work safety bureau)
2. SIP safety supervision administration bureau request: Work safety standardization improvement, they make visit occasionally.(苏州工业园区安监局SIP work safety bureau)
3. SIP environment protection bureau request: Apply to system" Hazardous waste registration online" for hazardous waste treatment every time.(苏州工业园区环保局SIP environment protection bureau)
4. ShengPu Police Station occasionally inspects the fire-prevention work status in Suzhou workshop.(苏州工业园区胜浦派出所消防SIP police station fire-prevention team)
5. Occupational health control and follow-up, to correspond with SIP health control and prevention center.(苏州工业园区疾控防治中心SIP disease control and prevention center)
6. These government organizations hold some topic seminars and free training etc., to strengthen EHS culture construction and make deep understanding for new laws and regulations issued. We are better to participate to better compliance.
