助理客户服务经理（东莞）

职责：

1、负责包括中国大陆，韩国的在内的所有客服团队的管理和客户服务业务。公司的客服团队以东莞为中心，涵盖嘉兴分公司

2、对管理的客服团队及其负责的主要业务负有完全责任；丰富的管理经验，并能为公司的发展作出贡献，将公司的发展目标和计划同公司的业务，服务水平和客户的发展紧密结合起来

3、负责承担客服团队服务的后果，负责项目的实施，成本预算和控制

4、确保将团队成员的目标，团队的目标和公司的目标紧密结合在一起；确保不同水平的客户的执行力，满意度和客户凝聚力和客户KPI的实施

5、通过管理团队的调度员和计划员，确保中国大陆，韩国所有的验货团队的工作能及时，迅速，高效低成本的被处理和解决

6、执行对工厂或供应商的方针政策，为客户服务和执行公司的KPI和客服团队的政策和纪律，与中国区质量控制经理密切配合以达到产品资料，市场份额和客户要求三者之间的平衡

7、通过客服人员的工作使得验货员的能够很好的协调不论是客户，工厂和供应商还是技术部门和客服部门的工作

8、确保客服团队整理的验货员的报告能够及时修改审核并及时的发送给客户

9、确保客户的任何问题在一天之内能够及时专业的处理

要求：

1、至少 10年以上在服装行业的资深采购员/采购经理相关工作经验

2、有质量保证管理经验优先

3、扎实的服装的开发和生产管理经验

4、英语听说读写流利

5、纺织服装或计算机专业的本科学历优先考虑

6、具备良好的领导及管理能力

7、客户服务导向

8、有责任感

9、成熟，积极主动，良好的团队合作精神

10、良好的实际计划/组织/协调/控制/执行和交流能力

11、开放意识与良好的人际关系及沟通技巧

12、能够在高压力下工作，严格达到最后期限

Deputy Customer Service Manager(Dongguan)

Responsibility:
1.A role of interface between customers, SgT inspection / technical teams and factories / suppliers
2.Coordinate input from customers and output to customers regarding business process, inspection procedures, value production tracking, platform, laboratory testing, production development, technical assistance and other services.
3.Improve SgT Asia quality of service by ensuring a timely and smooth communication with customers and by being proactive and ensure a complete fulfillment of customers’ requirements
4.Leading the customer service team for checking & analyzing technical files and sample approval/comments
5.Clarifying inaccuracies / inconsistencies with customers including invoicing information.
6.Coordinating actions on the field with technical, inspectors and claim information collection.
7.Taking a leading role in all training for customer service assistants
8.Reporting to China Manager, working closely with technical Head, inspector team leaders, and schedule team.

Requirement:
1.Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in garment industry as senior merchandiser / merchandiser manager
2.Quality assurance managerial position is a plus
3.Solid experience in garment development & production preparation;
4.Proficient knowledge of verbal and written English;
5.University graduate with major in textiles and computer literate
6.Strong leadership and management skills

9.Maturity, initiative & hard working and a good team player spirit
10.Open-minded with good interpersonal & communication skills
