This European electrical components manufacturer is looking for an R&D Director to join their expanding business in Suzhou.

About the organization:
This is a leading electrical components manufacturer in Suzhou.

Key Responsibilities:
? implement R&D strategy by defining annual plans
? lead the product programs and the team to achieve the target
? develop R&D organization and its working practices
? active contribution as a member of company china MT
? active contribution as a member of company global R&D leadership team
? leadership and influencing
? motivating and developing management and key people to operate effectively and to follow established procedures and regulations
? ensures that customer satisfaction and customer value are understood across the organization

Key Requirements:
? eight - ten years work experience in relevant field (ac drives, power electronics, industrial automation)
? typically an academic (m.sc.) degree (or similar)
? a track record of effective leadership
