This famous automotive components manufacturer is looking for a potential PM with stamping experience to join their plant in Taicang.

About the organization:
This is a famous automotive components manufacturer in Taicang.

Key Responsibilities:
? the project manager has to develop stamping parts according customer drawings & requirements. project development from the order phase to serial run; until the project dies
? planning and calculation of stamping and fine blanking processes in close co-operation with sales, production and related service department like tool shop
? agreements between planning and customer has to be planned, that processes can reach customer requirements (0-failure target, ppm-aim)
? studying of improvement possibilities on the market regarding processes ind

Key Requirements:
? university or master degree in mechanical or engineering
? at least five - eight years experience in process engineering & production, prefer in automotive industry
? at least three - five years stamping tooling design experience
? at least three years working for process management
? team work ability, responsibility, creative
? good communicating skills with other people like customers, suppliers
? innovative, creative thinking, responsibility
? hand on the knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA
? good English or German, fluent in both (spoken and written)
