A famous company with the automation equipment product for the FMCG industry, due to the business development, need a Sr. mechanical design.

About the Organisation:
This is a multi-national company with facility in Suzhou SIP, the product is automation equipment for FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:
? capability to realize innovative design solutions voted to product specs achievement
? development of design solutions coherent with contract specification, controlling costs and time
? coordinate the project members, develop and recommend corrective actions to achieve the designing task
? capability to communicate with suppliers following executions of plant development
? work with customers and sales team to define specials requirements
? conduct feasibility studies on new and modified designs
? responsible for all mechanical project documentation

Key Requirements:
? education: bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical
? at least five years working experience as mechanical designer in an automatic machinery equipment company
? fluent english in both oral and written
? cad software knowledge (solid edge)
? good knowledge for raw material, machining process, surface treatment and measurement tooling (caliper, 3d)
? good knowledge of industrial components for mechanical (including pneumatic, hydraulic)
? project management; prioritization and organization of diverse tasks / projects
? familiarity with erp and other manufacturing systems, such as baan, sap
? be proactive, self motivate, self initiative
? innovation, logical and fast thinking
? be a goal setter & achiever
? open to others, team work, hardworking, good communication with others
