Key Responsibilities:
? develop new product concepts and apply engineering principles to estimate the feasibility and relative cost and performance of alternative solutions
? oversees drawing & engineering change documentation to support design solutions & improvements
? collects and shares knowledge of design best practice through intranet updates, readings, and presentations for designers, engineers and managers across the company
? responsible for the accuracy of the design / improvement work & its timely implementation into production
? develops and trains technical engineers

Key Requirements:
? university, major in polymer
? experience: three or fours years

? fluent in English
