Key Responsibilities:

achieve sales target
identify target projects from assigned customers and if possible, propose new customers with high potential
keep close monitoring with customers’ new project plan and pursuing any new biz opportunities via effective technology communication and commercial negotiation
catch any special requirements and price targets from customers and make proposal for management team to make quote
work together with program team, development team and production teams to define the contents in biz contract regarding project timing, technology requirements and commercial items etc
close deals with the advantages to company so many as possible
collect and feedback market information to management team and new products development team so that company could timely adjust marketing strategies
cooperate with other departments and work as interface between the assigned customers and company so as to best meet customer’s expectation
following up any engineering changes from the awarded programs, negotiate with customer for the changes in piece price and tooling
provide support to program team, logistic team and financing team regarding program timing, parts delivery and payment collection etc
other tasks assigned by head of department

Key Requirements:

bachelors’ degree of engineering in automobile, mechanics or science in business
good in writing and reading in English, Japanese preferred
experience in auto parts B2B biz; and relationships with major OEM’s purchasing departments
familiar with metal parts production process preferred
