A US automotive company is looking for a Sales Account Manager to mantain and develop their business in China.

Key responsibilities include:

make strategic recommendations for export and domestic business items with identified customers

make regular basis meeting and discussion with potential customers and take initiative to make and agree to business direction together
take leadership to keep the established business / project on right direction and track in meeting customer specification and requirement
be the face to customers in developing the items and products in leading the engineering team
take initiative of cost estimate and financial analysis, and propose the best price scenario to management
price negotiation & finalize it with customers, and also financial analysis for the
establish good relationship with customers, and dig future business opportunities

Other key requirements include:

knowledge of TS16949, knowledge of ISO14000 / OHSAS 18000 and safety, team work, business ethics, knowledge of sales and marketing in automotive industry
knowledge of rubber, plastics, metal applications, DFMEA / PFMEA reliability engineering and test engineering, sales management, customer relationship management, strategic selling
bachelor’s degree
automotive sales / engineering experience
five to ten years working experience
