About the Organisation:


This is an international company based in Kunshan, medical industry. They are looking for finance &administration director consider business development.


Full disciplinary and functional responsibility for the following divisions:

finance
human resources
information technology
administration
other tasks assigned by company


Finance:


supervising the daily working of the financial departments with team-sprit orientation, and co-ordination / assistance to the Manager Director from time to time
responsible for the statutory financial accounting & reporting and tax report monthly, and statutory annual financial statements and annual closing affairs (CIT assessment and annual combinative inspection)
responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly group reporting package in accordance with Group GAAP (HGB Standards), and the Regional Group Consolidation of operational units as well
responsible for the preparation of the budget yearly and maintain its implementation respectively, to keep the Company toward achieving its business targets. Particularly, supervise and manage the cash / fund and AR
analysis and evaluation on the variance and operation results between monthly financial report and budget / planning, as well as the corrective actions and controlling timely
analysis of variance of costs between actual and budgets, and comparison / analysis of the Company’s selling prices with major competitors
coordination and good supporting with external auditors during their auditing working; maintain and establish the relationships / co-ordination with banks, authorities, and the financial department / management of the Headquarter as well
identify emerging problems in the financial management and business operation from time to time, and initiate the corrective action appropriately
establish and fulfil the internal controlling systems in the area of selling, purchasing, production and financial management so on
to support the other departments’ operating and working in the area of import / export procedure, taxation, legal and contracting agreement, etc.
possess of “hands-on” ability to institute accounting systems and controls for “start-up” operations
