A European company is searching a EHS & Security company in Wuxi Site.

As EHS & Security Manager, you are ensuring safe operations on site and sustainable compliance with SHE and Security Requirements, best practices and other relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:
be responsible for reporting unsafe condition of operation / equipment
show leadership to promote safety and security awareness, and safe and security behavior
coach subordinates for excellent she performance
organize and conduct internal audits and management
interface with relevant local authorities RE, SHE, security and permit issues

Key requirements include:
bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, environment or safety
at least Eight years EHS working experience
good people management and communication skills
good spoken and written English and mandarin
