职位描述

Purpose of the position:

Perform sales activities within assigned geographic area in line with the sales plan
Objectives (A-C) in order to develop local controlled business.



Key Tasks:

1 Propose sales plan (A-C)
2 Execute the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan and KPI
3 Focus on business development locally controlled to meet given KPI in both GP / volume
4 Develop business with assigned targets/clients (sales ownership for 12-months
maximum)
5 Assure successful account integration to Operations, Customer Service or LAM
6 Share information using sales-support tools (CRM)
7 Assure compliance with the sales process
8 Providing marketing intelligent information to sales management
9 Sales leads exchange with Panalpina global network
10 Optimize cost of sales


Decision Making Authority:

1 Margin and selling rates
2 Service offering in line with corporate guidelines


Function- / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working:

1 Functional know-how in air / sea / logistics /SCM
2 Strong sales know-how
3 Understanding of PA (strategy and products)
4 Deep local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
5 Basic business administration competence
