1.Analysis Of system requirement on hybrid control unit (HCU) from customer.
2.Analysis Of system requirement on power electronics from customer.
3.Introduce product features to potential customer.
4.Write system specification and validation specification.
5.Design detailed HCU system architecture.
6.Develop and validate motor control algorithm.
7.Motor control algorithm optimization and customization according to system requirement.
8.System model Develop and performance evaluation.
9.Develop motor control models for code generation.
10.Support Mechanical, hardware and software team on functional test.
11.Customer Support for existing power electronic products and HCU projects.
12.Other assigned tasks.

1.Master or higher degree, major in power electronics/automotive or related
2.Strong academic background on motor control theory and algorithm
3.More than 3 years motor control development or related embedded system engineering experience
4.Experience with Matlab/simulink/Embedded Coder and dSpace/TargetLink.
5.Software development experience is a plus
6.Good understanding of model based development process
7.Good communication skill and customer oriented
8.Willing for domestic travelling
9.Fluent English and Chinese
10.Self-motivated
