Executive Steward

Our client, International chain, luxurious 5* pre-opening hotel is looking for an Executive Steward.
Our preferred candidates:
10 years managerial experience in a 4-5 star hotel quality restaurant or large scale catering operation.
Knowledgeable of using computer at work.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Be willing to work any day and any shift.
Have a well-groomed, professional appearance.
Have good leadership skills, be flexible, patient, understanding, fair and firm. Work closely with all phases of management
Work inside and continuously maneuver in and around all areas of the offices and the Kitchen areas.
Possess good manual dexterity to operate office equipment including a telephone, computer, photocopy machine, fax machine
