Summary: the incumbent conducts field collection and field visit for the verification the eligibility of the customer and application.

Job Responsibilities

- Conducting field investigation of the applicant for auto finance

- Complying with the company’s policy and arrangement for the investigation

- Verifying the applicant’s background information to avoid cheating

- Recording the visit results and completing the investigation report to Field Visitor Leader

- Reporting to Retail Finance operations on timely basis on any false information during the field visit

- Collecting the related document and information upon the company’s request

Qualification

- College degree/professional school graduate or above

- Basic knowledge of the Auto Finance business and procedure

- Basic knowledge of the financial or banking industry

- Previous working experience of credit assurance company or dealer would be considered as an added asset

- Capability to work independently with minimum supervision

- Demonstrates high personal standards of integrity

- Have the driving license & be familiar with the local areas
