Job Purpose
This is an internal IT support role focusing on managing and maintaining the IT operations within the business. The role includes first and second level client support combined with local (level) network administration at multiple office locations.

Key Responsibilities

? Provide 1st and 2nd level end user helpdesk support to internal users.
? Update and maintain service logs to service calls.
? Answer queries concerning the usage of standard applications and work with software vendors on problem resolutions.
? Work with internal and external IT support personnel in providing support to clients.
? Purchase and install IT hardware/software as required.
? Maintain the inventory records for all IT equipment including hardware and software.
? Perform administrative support tasks for the IT department as required.
? Proactively maintain the IT environment for the business by adhering to IT standards as well as company policies and procedures.
? Maintain office automation equipment including copiers, fax machines, and phone systems.
? Work on IT projects or initiatives as required by the business.
? Ensure compliance with local legislative requirements for software licensing.

Requirements

Education
? Senior level of a 4-year university majoring in Computer Science or similar field.

Language Skill
? Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

Experience
? Relevant IT qualifications.
? Minimum of 3 years helpdesk and systems support experience.
? Experience in setting up new offices.
? Experience with AD/Exchange/Citrix operations.
? Experience with LAN/WAN products include Cisco/Checkpoint.
? Experience in IT service and hardware/software provision.
? Experience with Windows OS and MS Office a must.
