Responsibilities:
Execute the shipment order obtains from our Clients. After planning and scheduling the order.subsequentactivities (e.g., Customer Service, Event Management/Resolution) must also be managed.
Planning of orders/shipments
Coordinate warehouse daily operation including customs clearance
Management of the necessary order/components
Organization of equipment
Finalization of load plan
Monitoring of Logistics Service Provider (LSP) progress
Coordination with on-site origin and destination resources
Acting as primary communication point for client
Processing of non-conformity reporting

Requirements:
This position must be able to solve problems related to the scheduling and management of the pick-up, transport and delivery of a shipment. This may involve contingency planning, customer service duties and /or escalation management.
College degree in a business or supply chain field
At least 3-years in a logistics-related field
Possess warehousing and distribution knowledge
Ability to work in a team environment
Microsoft office and WMS system experience is required
Self-motivated, organized and quality driven
Strong customer service skills
Ability to fulfill time-critical tasks on time, keep to schedules and deadlines
Strong communication skills
English (fluent in listen, oral, written)
