Job1 Summary

Software System Designer for Project ECU requirements engineering and release tests

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Requirements Engineering for customer specific SW & ECU-HW functions, support ECUPjm for ECU(SW&HW) release activity

Requirement engineering:

Definition & Designing of diesel+ engine vehicle management functions according to customer requirements

Analyzing available platform functions, explain engine control function to common Rail customers.

Define system specific data and system FMEA for electronic diesel engine management.

Prepare Software & hardware requirements document.

Provide appropriate design solutions to customer problems.

Validation of system functions on test bench (Lab car, Engine) and vehicle

Support for function modeling

ECU release activity:

Support of ECU series release (MST,SSD, validation test)

Knowledge of electronics ECU hardware and software architecture is essential.

Check component specifications against system specification and customer specifications

Analyze+ verify conformity of engine control unit interfaces (sensors, actuators, writing hams).

Project management:

Customer requirement management (tracking ,reporting )

Effort & timeline estimation for development with support from ECUPjM

Communicate with other development departments and sales , be able to interface w/ HW & SW developers

Other technical duties assigned

Authority ( mandatory for Grade 7 and above, optional for others )

Requirement engineering and release test, release ECU (HW/SW) for series purpose.

Qualifications Requirement

Masters in Electronics/Electrical/ Mechatronics/instrumentation with SW programming experience with embedded system

Good English language skills (fluent discussion of technical topics possible)

Quick in understanding technical relation and consequences

Broad technical background

Basic understanding of automotive components and hydraulics(ideally of common Rail)

Preferred industry : automotive, also : consumer electronics (max. 2yrs experience)

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

In-depth technical knowledge on Diesel/Gasoline Fuel Injection System as well as Electronic system, embedded system development background ,function modeling experience

Overview of automotive business in general

Job2 Summary

Responsible for ECU Software programming ,integration, test and SW release

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for function implementation /test ,function debugging and SW release

Task:

Coding for SW changes (new function implementation/existed function debugging)

SW integration, release and SW logic debugging

Support customer project:

Support Software system designer for function design , elicitation and compilation

Support Software system designer for test case generation and test

Support Software system designer for modeling

Other duties assigned

Authority ( mandatory for Grade 7 and above, optional for others )

To do SW functionality programming and software release (official /test SW ) for calibration and test purpose

Define necessary test case after function programming and integration done

Qualifications Requirement

Masters or Bachelor in Software-Engineering/Electronics

Software language skill(C language / C++ language/ Assembly programming)

Embedded system skills

Familiar with the SW develop process and SW test method

Familiar the Free scale, Infineon and ST, micro controller application

Complete the module development followed Software System Designer’s intention.

Preferred industry : automotive, Also : consumer electronics (max. 2yrs experience)

Good English communication skills

Intercultural sensitivity

embedded programming skills with 1 to 2 years working experience in Software-Engineering/Electronics
