工作职责(JD）：

1.负责在系统中录入提单信息数据；如果负责的是美国或者加拿大航线，需要对AMS/ACI/ISF等归档负责；
2.在系统更新订仓信息、货物入仓时间和装箱明细，并确认开船信息等等。
3.及时为海外分支或代理准备预报和相关货运文件；为客户订舱；在客户付款后及时发放货代提单给客户；
4.协助单证处理提单和客户要求，完成文件归档和开发票等工作。
5.遵守大客户的操作流程；与客户、代理保持良好的沟通，确保服务质量；
6.完成上级和公司交办的其他工作。

职位要求：

1.一年以上同行或相关行业工作经验

2.大专及以上学历

3.英语4级以上
