Job Description
- Based in in Wenzhou
- Footwear consultancy and training for internal needs and client support
- Support the activity for inspection department and laboratory
- Communicate with clients & suppliers for technical issues
- Review the footwear sample and give comments based on the safety, construction, fitting, etc. Evaluate the shoe performance by performing basic lab tests if necessary
- Provide training to the team for shoe knowledge
- Assess the inspectors’ performance by reviewing the inspection report or monitoring the inspection on site, and give advice on technical aspects
- Visit the factories in all China to assess the production performance of the shoe factories and to conduct technical audit according to CTC guidelines.
- Exhange with other CTC Footwear Eexpert about training and technical issue


Educational background

- At least university graduated, major in leather or footwear is preferred
- CET-4 or above preferred, fluent in writing and oral English
- Good skills of office software (Word, excel, etc.)


Desired Experience

At least 5 years experience related footwear industrial, familiar with footwear manufacturing process and quality control including inspection and lab tests
