Qualifications

? Strong bilingual skills

? Ability to travel as needed and on short notice.

? College degree and preferably experience in quality field.

? Minimum of 30 days training at Parflex Division within 3 months of hire date.



Responsibility：

1. Implement the PFEP (coordinating with Ravenna and Shanghai teams)

2. Perform dock lot inspection and testing verification to certify shipments for direct to stock.

3. Perform supplier audits on new and existing suppliers to a defined frequency.

4. Perform supplier audits on tier 2 suppliers (plating, annealing, etc) to a defined frequency.

5. Coordinate validation testing of raw material and tier 2 suppliers.

6. Initial PPAP review and approval. Translation into English for Ravenna final approval.

7. Assist suppliers on corrective actions along with validation of corrective action effectiveness.

8. Train, as applicable, suppliers on Parker Parflex requirements.

9. Liason for resolution of procurement, engineering, quality issues
