职位描述:

- 负责执行公司销售计划并达到预定的销售目标.
- 在所负责区域内进行开发及跟踪新客户和新市场.
- 通过客户拜访增强联系并了解客户需求
- 与公司和原厂的技术支持团队协同工作,实现design win, design in要求
- 汇报给地区销售经理,提交相关报告，如客户拜访计划、报告等

职位要求:
- 大专以上学历，电子或相关工科专业毕业为佳.
- 3年以上电子元器件的销售经验,熟悉深圳及周边地区的手机客户资源.有TCL,金立销售经验者优先
- 杰出的销售技巧, 对电子元器件销售充满信心
- 英语读写流畅，能够读懂英文产品资料
- 善于沟通，具有强烈的责任心和进取心，具有很强的自我规划能力
- 熟练应用办公软件

Main duties:

-Execute Sales plan to meet company sales target
-develop and follow the new customer and new market
-intensify customer understanding and relationship by customer visit
- Work close with the Seltech and NXP technical support team to get D-win and D-in
-Report to the regional sales manager and submit the visit plan and report

Job requirements:
- College Degree or above, electronic engineering or relevant subject is preferred
- 3 years working experience in electronic components sales field, familiar with mobile phone market in Shenzhen area, sales experience with TCL, Gionee is preferred.
- Fluent English in writing, reading and can understand English product specification.
- Excellent selling skills and confidence in electronic components sales
- "Power user" of IT tools
- Good communication skill. Responsible person with aggressive target. Strong self management ability
