职位描述：

l Co1、conduct NCI (New Component Introduction) and verify the process control during the NCI in Suppliers, onsite sample inspection(FAI inspection) and quality control validation during NCI course;

l Co2、conduct Product/Process Audits with suppliers and drive continuous process improvements;

l De3、develop suppliers to improve their ability on quality control; Lead and verify the Corrective Action resolution & implementation for non-conformities;

l Wo4、work with global, cross functional groups (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Sourcing) to solve quality and productivity problems and improve process capability;

l Us5、use of the Lean Six Sigma methodology to prove a process and to monitor that process will be vital.

l Ot6、other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

岗位岗位要求：

l Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering (preferred with a focus on welding)

l 5-7 years working experience in a manufacturing or quality role- 3+ years working experience with medium and large thickness (>10mm) welding

l 3+ years working experience with specific focus on quality process management

l Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English with global team

l Strong project managing skills.

l Proven ability to work independently in a self-directed environment.

l Knowledge of Lean/6 sigma &/or experience with SPC tools (Six Sigma green belt preferred).

l Knowledge of mechanical system manufacturing, dimensional tolerance &/or quality control.

l Ability to travel (expect 40-70% travel to supplier locations).

l Working location for the first 3-6 months will be in Shanghai.

l Geographically flexible for working location (Hefei, Shenyang, or Qingdao)
