工作内容：
- 根据公司的战略发展，制定年度招聘计划；
- 建立和完善公司的招聘体系，优化和梳理招聘流程；
- 对全国各地招聘工作进行专业指导及管理；
- 做好招聘渠道的拓展和维护，利用各种有效招聘途径满足公司的人才需求；
- 完成公司关键岗位的招募，通过甄选、面试、测评等方式选拔中、高级人才；
- 负责招聘效果的分析和招聘结果的跟踪、反馈和修正；
- 建立公司人才库，做好人才的储备和选拔；
- 指导、安排员工试用期考评及合同续订、变更工作的开展；
- 负责离职访谈工作在各地的开展，对员工的离职情况进行梳理和分析，为开展招募工作提供依据和建议。

任职要求：
- 本科学历，至少五年以上招聘工作经验；
- 熟悉企业招聘流程及各类招聘渠道；
- 具备丰富的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉招聘流程，能够熟练运用各种招聘工具
-工作责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力；
- 具备敏锐的洞察能力和分析判断力。
- 有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识；
- 熟练使用各类办公软件。
