Job responsibility:
1. Responsible for managing the sales of MWP products in selected region and/or key accounts - attaining sales objectives, revenue growth and design wins.
2. Responsible for product and marketing promotion of MWP solutions, communication with customers about MWP product features, spec, roadmap to get MWP product design wins.
3. Managing customer relationship with key decision maker(s).
4. Arrange the customer meetings for BRCM executives and BU visit with good preparation before meeting and good action follow-up after meeting.
5. Have responsibility to collect and analyze marketing information including customer needs, technology trend, product specification and etc
6. Timely discussion with BU people and other internal functional team to work out overall MWP sales strategy in account level

Job requirements:
1. 10+ to 12+ years technical and sales experience in Semiconductor/Telecom companies, Key account sales experience is preferred.
2. Good knowledge on mobile industry and products, especially on 3G technology and products. Engineer background on electronics / telecom is preferred. Be willing to actively study new technologies and follow the market trend.
3. Good connection with mobile OEM and ODMs in China.
4. Bachelor degree with major in Electrical Engineering or related.
5. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
6. Be willing to work under pressure and challenge
7. Good teamwork
8. Be aggressive and self-motivated to achieve sales goal
