Key Accountabilities
? Ensure fixed assets related SOPs are well established
? Maintain proper control of company assets through OCB and within Oracle Fixed Asset
? Establish depreciation period for leasehold improvements and internal projects
? Perform regular review of CIP project listing and ensure proper capitalization CIP at project end
? Review and approve impairment test for Fixed Assets
? Manage month end close process to ensure fixed asset accounting activity are transferred to general ledger
? Monitor the sub ledger reconciliation to general ledger, maintain fixed asset sub ledgers for GAAP and tax requirements.
? Provide fixed assets reports as requested on an ad hoc basis, support accounting groups and controllers during month end close process
? Ensure proper capitalization of internal software development project costs.
? Ensure SOX compliance are adhered to
? Provide leadership to manage and develop the fixed assets group to ensure their performance meets and or exceeds both the business and their own personal objectives
? Foster an environment that encourages partnerships, teamwork, open communication which drives team performance
? Participate in formal staff review processes e.g. performance and salary reviews to corporate standards and timescales.

? Demonstrates ability to analyze data, identify issues and propose solutions, follow through the task to its full completion
? Proactively report for SOPs deviation and escalates issues or concerns
? Proactively seek for feedback to improve skills, knowledge and performance
? Diverse computer competency with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Oracle financials is a plus

Education
? Strong educational background and experience in accounting
? BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
? CPA license, Master degree in Finance, Accounting preferred
? Advanced degree in Accounting, business or Finance strongly preferred

Language Skills
? Proficiency in oral and written communication skills in English and local language

Minimum Work Experience
? Significant professional experience in positions of increasing responsibility
? At least 8 years prior finance experience or equivalent experience
? At least 5 years management or supervisory experience recommended
? Exposure and experience in an international environment is desirable
