KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)
? Keep the plant running with high reliability and good availability under good safety status.
? Support the Plant Engineer Mechanical & Process to improve and optimize the plants and processes in safety, reliability and productivity.
? Help the plant engineer to minimize the overall maintenance cost in comply with quality and safety standards.
? Help the Plant Engineer Mechanical & Process to develop and maintain technical and engineering documentation
? Organize, prepare, lead, control and carry out maintenance activities.
? Management, coordination and leading technicians and contractor craftsmen of service companies for the routine maintenance activities and for shutdowns
? Support the plant engineer providing the site with infrastructure and utilies
? Develop standard maintenance procedure and keep the procedures actual
? Investigating and analyzing the root cause of breakdown.
? Carry out corporate HSE requirements in the site.
? He/she has to be part of the 24h plant's “on-call service”.
? Support the Plant Engineer Mech./Proc. in fulfilling national and local engineering regulations
? Responsibility for the execution, arrangement and preparation of changes to the processes or maintenance tasks according to the EHSS requirements of Nanjing site
? Guide and lead contractor people to follow the EHSS requirements of Nanjing site during work execution and presence on Nanjing site
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件
? University degree in chemical machine and equipment or related
? Over 3 years maintenance working experience in chemical industry plant.
? Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and good safety conscious.
? Familiar with P&I diagram and reading mechanical drawings
? Knowledge knowledge in piping, chemical machinery and equipment, especially for compressors, mechanical seals and package machines/filling devices
? Urgency of action and good team player with self and external driven spirit.
? Have strong and fast learning and independent working ability.
? English skills are of big advantage
? PC and MS Office knowledge
