KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
? Continuous product performance review and summarize (capability and stability monitoring) by using statistical tool such as SPC, Minitab.
? Root cause analysis and problem solving, give instructions to related team about the performance of both finished goods and raw material periodically.
? Raw materials management to define the procedure how the raw materials should be handled and monitor the activities based on the procedures and ensure the quality of finished products
? Internal quality notification management to find the root cause of internal process together with the process and actions to closure.
? Customer quality notification management to investigate the root cause of the customer complaints and take actions to prevent it from recurring, and satisfy the customers hence.
? Technique support to analytic lab, to provide support to the analytic lab from technical point of view and understand the quality and specification of the products.
? Work with production team, coordinating non-conforming material disposal and make sure all unqualified materials is treated properly and can meet ISO9000 standards.
? Work with procurement team and production team to make sure our supply is stable with good quality performance.
? Participate in some related projects to improve our process continuously.
? Develop the documentation related quality management
? Others work assigned by the team leader
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (Education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
? Bachelor degree with chemical related major
? Customer-oriented and proactive manner and team work sense with continuous improvement actions.
? Efficient time management and self management with analytical thinking, quality assurance/control related experience with six sigma quality awareness is preferred
? Good oral English with proficient written English skills, Good office software operating skills.
? Familiar with the GC and ISO 9001&ISO14001/FSSC 22000
? The followings are preferred , having the training related quality engineering and having the site inspection experience , and having the certificate of the quality engineering
