职位描述
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
? Follow and implement the plant planning, covering production, dispatch, goods transfer and stock level
? Orders management, follow up sales orders from indent customers/distributors, daily delivery arrangement, strong communication with sales, CSR, prod. & logistics, ensure on time delivery of products to customers
? Work closely with central procurement team on plant material requirements, sample testing, supplier assessment, supplier performance review, complaint to vendor
? Issue orders to vendor and ensure in time supply of raw / packaging materials
? Stock level control, audit stock-in and stock-out, optimize with logistic about the layout and storage location, stocktaking and analyze the deviation between SAP and physical stock
? Coordinate customer complaint management and follow up the action plan for long term improvement
? Work closely with Wacker logistics team to ensure import cargo in time supply and on time delivery to indent customers, improve external warehouse management with logistics.
? Frequent communication with production team and transfer their requirements to relative dept
? Timely forward supplier’s correct invoices to financial department for payment
? Other working related things allocated by leader
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
Experience/Skill Requirement经验/技能要求
? A minimum of 1 or 2 years working experience in production planning/purchasing/logistic or international trade
? Good knowledge of Excel/PPT and SAP (or other ERP)
？ Fluent in English (good at speaking and writing)
? Good communication skill and problem solving skill
? Commercial awareness
? Good teamwork spirit
? Curious in learning. Self-developed and self-disciplinary.
