Job Responsibility:

1. Develop, communicate, and drive regional channel strategy in China
2. Directly manage China channel team and multiple distribution partners
3. Align with sales and BU teams to implement platform sales strategies at tier 2 customers using channel resources
4. Implement and manage programs and processes to drive distributor actions and accountability for driving Broadcom business

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of sales experience managing distribution and sales teams for semiconductor companies.
2. Bachelor degree with major in Electrical Engineering or related.
3. Good communication skills in Mandarin and English are essential.
4. Must be aggressive, self-motivated, and willing to work under pressure to achieve goals.
5. Position is located in China (Shenzhen or Shanghai preferred)
