职责描述：
- 在客户的工厂安装，调试注塑机
- 为客户提供维修，零部件更换，年检的技术支持
- 维护管理区域内客户的售后服务合同
- 协助收集区域内的市场和客户信息并反馈给销售部门
- 提供技术培训，组织针对客户和经销商的技术研讨会
- 提供售前售后的技术支持
