Job Description:

1. Operate incoming call and transferring to relevant persons;

2. Receive visitors and inform the appropriate personnel;

3. Book tickets and reserving hotel rooms;

4. Handle other administrative work: office materials, mobile and express etc. ;

5. Public Purchasing: Labor protection, office facilities;

6. Assist supervisor to security & cleaning management;

7. Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors

Job Requirement:

1. College or above, experience in administration is plus

2. Good knowledge of English.

3. Good communication skills.

4. Good initiative.
