Job Description:

Be responsible for managing the whole supply chain of material flows from raw materials to finished goods delivered to customers. The key function will include purchasing, material planning, production master planning, warehouse & shipment management.

1.Responsible for managing the whole supply chain of material flow from raw materials to finished goods delivered to customers, and continuously optimize the supply chain process;

2.Work out a delivery plan based on forecast or customer demand, ensure delivery timely;

3.Coordinate with the production department and transfer the delivery plan to a production plan;

4.Have overall responsibility for material purchasing/preparation and on-time delivery to ensure the on-time realization of the production plan;

5.Have overall responsibility for import/export and warehouse management, including internal warehouse and consignment warehouse;

6.Lead the department consisting of production planner, material purchase and preparation and warehouse & Shipment, including 5S and EHS in warehouse;

7.Be the interface/coordinator between the sales and production departments, as well as coordinate the logistic department of the mother company in Germany;

8.Any other tasks as and when assigned by supervisors.



Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above,training in TS16949;

2.3+ manager work experience in logistic,working in automotive is plus;

3.Good written and oral English,good communication skills and teamwork;

4.Systematic and structured working style,adapt to change;

5.Leadership skills,honest, open and respectful.
