职位描述
This position is mainly responsible for
-recruiting operation improvement and process management
-implementation and enhancement of MAHLE HR marketing activities
-global HR program implementation
Main Accountabilities: A specific description of your main weekly/monthly/yearly responsibilities, please not this is not your concrete annual target or objectives.
-Recruiting operation improvement and process management
1.According to the Company strategic plan and sales plan, work with different function heads to identify recruitment needs and collect head count plan and rolling forecast for MTC twice a year.
2.Be responsible for the monthly overview head count report of China region.
3.Be charge of conducting all recruiting activities and ensuring the recruiting process fully implemented and followed in MTC and MTS.
4.Support the recruitment of MAHLE new start-up and other plants.
5.PR collection, JD management, offer proposal, exit survey, recruiting cost maintenance and analysis, and herry report maintenance.
6.Vendor management: Vendor selection, negotiation, optimization, contract renewal, performance review and process monitoring and integration within China region.
-HR marketing
1.Enhance Group's employer branding image through integrated and creative HR marketing programs both internally and externally
2.Develop the campus activities for Group in China, e.g. campus recruiting, internship programs, scholarship program, etc.
3.Develop regional trainee programs.
4.Implement internal employer branding engagement activities such as employee opinion survey.
5.Initiate Group vocational training in China with the support from headquarters.
6.Support the roll out of global employer branding programs in China and work on regional projects as required.
7.Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
-Global HR program
1.Oversee Group International Graduate Trainee program in China
2.Work closely with Communications Department and service providers to maintain Group China career webpage and recruiting homepage on external websites.
