Project Development Manager
Key responsibilities
-Conduct negotiation with Landlords, Developers, and relevant Government Departments.
-Participate in the pre-planning of the master layout plan for existing land plots.
-Participate in the preparation of investment proposal for management approval.
-Negotiation, preparation of contract.
-Support Head of Project Development to coordinate with internal departments on all matters related to the project.
-Participate in activities related to governmental and public relations to ensure that all work related to the project development in the smoothest possible manner.
-Ensure that all activities carry out by the company are well within the protection of the PRC and local legislation requirements.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
-Good Real Estate knowledge.
-Good experience in Commercial Real Estate Development
-Good commercial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit.
-Good presentation and communication skills
-Excellent negotiation skills.
-Sound Investment Analysis skills
-Able to keep good relationship with internal and external parties.
-Reputable University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management and /or real estate development.
-Good knowledge of Government Organization Structure
-Fluency in Chinese, preferable also in English.
-Able to travel extensively
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in commercial real estate industry.
-Preferably with a Real Estate Developer Company
