Regional Financial manager – FMCG

Your roles:
？ Ensure the group financial reports are made in compliance with GAAP, create internal policy and procedure related to financial accounting and ensure the proper implementation in all regions.
？ Consolidate the financial reports of Greater China and follow up with each region for variances on monthly base. Responsible to provide necessary schedules and documents for both internal and statutory audits.
？ Ensure overall tax activities are in strict compliance with tax law and regulation of China. Be able to plan and work out the tax efficiency solutions for based on overall company operations.
？ Taking proactive role in overall company financing and ensure proper follow up of the loans being granted.
？ Ensure effective working capital management and working constantly to improve working capital control.
？ Financing team build-up and training to ensure the team is updated with all most recent rules and regulations on accounting and tax.
？ Other ad hoc tasks
What you need
？ Bachelor Degree and above in finance or accounting field or equivalent is preferred
？ 8+ finance working experience,3+ experience in management level, FMCG, trading and retail industry is preferred
？ AP team management skill and good problem solver.
？ Good command of both spoken and written English
？ Possess good communication and strong analytical skill
？ Strong knowledge of MS-office Excel, PowerPoint and ERP system, Oracle is preferred.
