职位描述

Objectives
This position is designated to further enhance and develop the channels of ASC’s Sub-distributors and Off Premise nation wide under the guidelines of Vice President – Sales – Greater China.

Main Responsibilities (Listed below but not limited to)
Sales Operation
- Provide leadership and sales directions for the regional sales team under the guidelines of V.P Sales – Greater China

- Work out both nation-wide Off Premise & Wholesales development and managing policies under the guild lines from V.P Sales – Greater China.

- Follow up the policies which were made under the guild lines from V.P Sales – Greater China with each regional sales team.

- To maintain the Sales achievement of the approved target for both Off Premise and Sub-distributions.

- Be familiarized with company products and its categorized pricing structures and sales strategies to each regional sales team. Implement and monitoring the strategy and update the strategies according to the changes in the market place.
- Supporting and coordinating with each regional sales office in the market of Off Premise and Sub-distributions.
- Conduct quarterly Sales Meeting with sales teams in each region. Communicate and further reinforce the unitization of the sales strategy and follow up the status of Actual Sales VS Target for both Off Premise and Sub-distributions.
- Conduct regular sales and markets visits to each regional office on better understanding the characteristics of each local market.
Warehouse & Logistic
- To work with the each regional sales team on managing the Inventory as well as the sufficient stock on both regular wines and exclusive wines for distributors.

- Be effective use of SAP system in daily work to monitor sales, inventory management and products performance.
- Team working with Purchasing Team on forecasting of new orders of related products.
Brand & Marketing & Promotions
- Team working with marketing on core brand depletion reports and take actions on pushing sales of less performance items.
- Team working with marketing on A&P expenses managements.
- Team working with Marketing on nation wide promotion programs and build up the key brands images.
- Team working with Marketing on foreign wineries visits schedules and events by liaising with each regional sales team to ensure each event and market visit is sales driven.
- Team working with Marketing on working out nation wide monthly promotion programs for both Off Premise & Sub-distributions.
- Managing & team working with each regional sales team on the nation wide monthly promotion program along with monthly promotion analysis.
- Competitors’ information collections.
- Finance & Administration
- P & L management for both Off Premise & Sub-distributions sales team in each regional sales office to make sure it matches with the general ratio of the company
- Coordination with the Finance Department on the internal and external Auditing

- Managing the implements of price policies in both Off Premise & Sub-distributions which made under the guild lines of V.P Sales Greater China with each regional office.
- Managing the credit policies in both Off Premise & Sub-distributions with each regional office.
- Monthly Sales Summary Report to update the relevant issues on sales and management
- Check the payment of national accounts trough website and issue invoice for customer and follow up payment status and offset the AR
- Monitor consistency on rebate application by regional offices

- Take up any other projects assigned by V.P Sales – Greater China
