Accountabilities:
1. Prepare Stowage List for each service, and submit to POD.
2. Prepare DG list according to tally report and shippers’ declaration, and submit to relevant POD.
3. Prepare Final Discharging Repot against I/B manifest & I/B bay plan & I/B stowage list.
4. Prepare Final Loading Report, TDR & Voyage Loading Report , submit to related parties, do and close loading and on board list within 72 HRS after VSL sailing.
5. Prepare Voyage Loading Report of each service and submit to Trade Dept on next Tuesday.
6. Prepare overweight report and send to freight management PIC.
7. I/B & O/B DG, OOG application
8. Submit the proforma in DCS within 7days after vessel sailing.
9. Once receiving invoices from suppliers, to check the volume, rate & amount according to related reports & contracts .
10. Check the amount of each cost item & put Job order no on invoice
11. Prepare 3 month schedule and send to related parties.
12. Update the ETB &ETD schedule for each voyage
13. Once receiving DG booking from shippers, a DG application should be sent to POD & PLD and regional operation / vessel operator for their confirmation within 1 working day.
14.Once receiving OOG booking from shippers, a OOG application should be sent to POD & PLD and regional operation / vessel operator for their confirmation within 1 working day.


Essential Qualifications:
1) Degree: Acad or College, shipping/transportation is preferable but not necessary
2) English: Normal ability for oral and written
3) Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience.Experience in shipping/freight forwarding.
4) Computer: MS Office, e-mail and Doc program
