JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Provide support to UFIDA ERP system users, maintain ERP system and resolve ERP system issue.

- Coordinate with ERP supplier for problem solving and further development.

- Train new ERP users;

- Provide IT support and ensure IT system stability;

- Manage office IT setup and office IT administration;

- Maintain server, data backup & other IT applications.

REQUIREMENT:

- Bachelor’s degree or above.

- Major in computer science or related.

- At least 8 years related working experiences and 3 years as Manager/Supervisor.

- Good communication skill of both spoken and written English.

- Experience on ERP system, knowledge in UFIDA is preferred.

- Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
